Our units are traditional, secure, unheated drive-up spaces. They are ideal for household goods, business inventory, and vehicles. For best results in a non-climate-controlled environment, we recommend using pallets to keep items off the floor and fabric covers for furniture. Check out our Storage Tips for more info.

For maximum security, we recommend using a high-quality disc padlock. You are responsible for providing your own lock, which ensures that you are the only one with access to your unit. For your convenience, we also have locks available for purchase at our facility.

Absolutely. Our larger 10×20, 10×25, and 10×30 units are popular choices for vehicle storage. Please ensure all stored vehicles are in good working order and have any fuel treated or drained if being stored long-term

As with most self storage facilities, we do not provide insurance for your items. However, most homeowners and renter’s insurance cover self storage. Please check your policy or call you insurance agent.

Our storage units can be rented for a month or many years. The minimum rental period is one month, and our rental agreements are based on a month-to-month tenancy. We do require a 30-day termination notice prior to the end of the month. Inquire about our discounted yearly rates.

Yes, for a full list contact our office. Some items that cannot be stored include food, perishable items, flammables, explosives, hazardous wastes, gasoline in cans, etc. Our lease describes these restrictions in more detail. Please contact us if you have questions on storage of a particular item.
